Ward managers look for registration, unit (ED, ICU, ward), and shift reality. Then they look for triage, medication, and documentation — not generic “patient care.”
Common ATS gaps
- Licence or registration sitting only in a header graphic.
- ACLS / BLS / PALS as a slash group on the JD while the CV lists none of them in Education or Certifications.
- Duties without a setting (hospital name, dates, unit).
Keywords that only count with proof
Put the registration in Education or Certifications. Name the unit and the competencies you hold. Do not claim a trauma certification you do not have.

- Can I apply without the named certification?

- Should Indian hospital names be spelled out?
- Yes. Write the hospital and city. Parsers and humans both fail on unexplained acronyms.
